It is 6 a.m. He opens his eyes and sees her face lying beside him, peacefully asleep and perhaps dreaming, beautiful as ever. He gets up and goes to the kitchen to make her morning coffee, a ritual he has been doing for 20 years. Today is a special day, it is their anniversary, and he has everything ready. The gift is nicely wrapped, the flowers are tucked away in the corner, and the coffee will soon be ready. He considers himself lucky that she was always there for him and put up with his tantrums when he had stress at work. The only thing he could not give her in return was children. Sighing, he turns on the radio as he sets the breakfast table, he hears the door slam, she must have got up to go for a jog. She usually does that when she needs a clear head, but lately, she did not seem to be herself, he thought to himself.

He looks at his watch, it is now 4 p.m., and she never takes her phone with her when she jogs. He goes into the bedroom and there it is a folded note. He opens it and reads: 'I can not do this anymore!
